NFL.com is reporting that Byron Leftwich has visited redskin park and could soon be our new QB (or another QB).

I'm sure Snyder will pay him $40 million for 2 years.

What are the odds they make a run at Vick once he gets reinstated?

It's "Roethlisberger" you stupid shit head.

The redskins would be so lucky to have the Steelers leftovers.

Leftwich was an excellent back-up in Pittsburgh because Pittsburgh has an excellent play-action game. The Redskins don't have one at all. Charlie Batch was also a great back-up in Pittsburgh, but he, like Leftwich, couldn't make it as a starter.

I agree. Snyder will pay him $40 million for two years and he will have a completion rate of 49% with 3 TDs and 15 INT and Vinny will keep his job.

No dice on Vick, though. I understand Al Davis has dibs on that one.

I think what they're saying, is that they have no faith in Collins or Brennan and very little faith in Campbell. Now that Collins and Brennan have been on the bench for 2 years, they've probably forgotten how to play.
Snyder and his little coke slut have to go!

I have no idea why they signed Collins and let Al Saunders go. I think it was obvious to everyone except Cerrato and Snyder that Collins played well because of Saunder's offense and as soon as defenses figured it out, Collins was nullified.

Leftwich is a has been. There's a reason he got released from Jacksonville and is not a back up. I do not even understand why have him. With Brennan and Collins behind Campbell, last thing they need is another mediocre qb; and I am one that believes Brennan is a fine back up and will be a starter some day.

If talking starter, Leftwich is no upgrade over Campbell. With Cutler off the market, Campbell will be our qb next year.

Leftwich is a old neighbor of mine, and he likes the ladies and being a pretty boy too much to ever amount to anything in the League. He's done...before he got started. While the rest of the real players are busting their humps getting in shape, he's in the VIP room ordering bottle service for his entourage of leaches. I just read an article that said 60% of ex-NFL and ex-NBA players are flat broke...Maybe he can make THAT team.
