Dan Snyder has cursed the Washington Redskins Franchise from day one.
This is a leadership problem that starts at the top - with the little man Dan Snyder. We've had 8 different coaches with winning records and a who's who of talented marquee players cycle through the Redskins employee list.
One losing variable in the Redskins equation has remained constant for the past 15 years - little Dan Snyder - the guy insisted on day one and every day since, that Redskins employees call him Mr. Snyder. The little turd who won't let the help in the owner's suite look him in the eye or talk to him.
Get rid of Dan Snyder! He is cursed.

More like the seasonal car you paid your friend Daniel for keeps veering off the road and crashing into telephone poles. You keep paying Daniel to fix the car but he can't. All he does is stick burgandy colored Indian magnets and flags on the car, but it still keeps trying to kill you.

Redskins fans are the greatest of Americans. An uncompromising bastion of capitalism, willing to shell out more and more money for a shittier and shittier product. This despite decades of general ineptitude.
It boggles the mind. This team is still one of the 10 most valuable brands in sports. It conjures images of troglodytes pounding their chests whilst preaching the gospel of the "real fan," as if being a fucking dolt should be worn like a badge of honor.
Dan Snyder isn't the problem. He's a businessman in the fortunate position of having an irretrievably stupid clientele.

If you bought a Tier 1, well-established, industry-leading franchise company with great brand recognition and a huge customer base 15 years ago, cycled through 8 of the industry's top ranked CEO's, 100 of the top ranked industry experts in their discipline, consistently delivered 15 years of sub-par or less-than-marginal performance, eroded the customer base, alienated your advertisers, AND turned the franchise name into a national laughing stock to the point that people were ferociously protesting the brand name - you would be forced to surrender ownership of the franchise because you are a toxic leadership failure.
Leadership matters - especially when things aren't going well. Shitty leaders don't perform and they don't deliver. Shitty leaders can't navigate their organizations through troubled times. When the Redskins played the Cardinals in Arizona, Dan Snyder, the ultimate penny-gauging cheap fuck that he is (the guy who started charging die-hard fans to watch pre-season practices and to park at pre-season practices) - even felt compelled to pay for free tickets, free lodging, and free transportation for Native American tribe members from various Arizona Indian Reservations to attend the Redskins-Cardinals game in order to offset the mass volumes of people that were showing up to protest the use of the Redskins team name. C'mon people! Seriously?!
I have been a Redskins fan as far back as I can remember as a little kid. I mumbled for the first 5 years under Snyder's failed ownership. But for the past 10 years - I have refused to buy Redskins tickets. Now, I won't even accept free tickets, attend games, or buy any Redskins merchandise. Supporting Dan Snyder, the worst leader I can think of, nauseates me that much.
Yesterday I quit watching that tragic comedy of a Redskins game before it was over because - there comes a time in your life where you have to draw a line and say enough is enough; a time when you are so fed up with shitty results that you just can't accept supporting failure anymore.

I understand that inheriting a professional sports franchise is expensive (taxes) but JKC was very wealthy and I'm sure he had other assets that would have covered the costs. If he really WANTED his son to have the team it could have been done.
