They had no voter life list, JUST SOME CHINESE SHIT that said I "wasn't listed".
(the ultimate insult to a living soldier, being told by chinese "i am not listed in their database")
They had me fill in a PROVISIONAL not dead. they then required i fill out sensitive information on a provy handed to putey which they VERY WELL WILL PROBABLY USE FOR AMAZON OR BANK FRAUD.
But those aren't necessarily counted, the posted rules say they aren't
there's another issue is just plain harassment. they are using counterfeited money to stalk and harass me.

That's a lie. During Bill Clinton - who's a devil - part of the Russian army split off from Russia, attacked a office building with a Tank, stole a NUCLEAR WEAPON and threatened to use it against Russia. these were, at the time, russian soldiers ON RUSSIAN PAY
they then began, in the south, NOT PAYING TAXES, and about the time "Greek Debt" came about - where greeks had "maxed out their ability to raise their own pay" in the debt war
IT WAS FOUND UKRAINE WAS CLAIMING NATURAL GAS DEPOSITS WERE NOW NO LONGER RUSSIAN THAT THE SEA, THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS, EVERYTHING, WOULD BE UKRAINE
IT THEN BECAME THE CASE THAT UKRAINE BEGAN CLAIMING, ONCE UK CHINA GERMANY TAGGED ALONG
THAT THE CAPITOL OF RUSSIA WAS UKRAINE AND NO-ONE IN NORTHER RUSSIA DESERVED TO LIVE
PERSONALLY? THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN UK GERMANY I'D LIKE TO KILL RIGHT NOW
