now DEMOCRATS are denying that chinese/german/uk computers and awful microsoft (legacy of reboots and absolute ignorance of security) ...

if theres' one thing to see here it is

1) healthcare shouldn't be responsible for "security" (for writing inhouse software)

2) healthcare might have sold data to china and used "security as a scapegoat" - we don't know. microsoft screwed up things so thoroughly you can't say if they are lying there are chinese traps and leaks EVERYWHERE
