Quincy was "just a TV show" but caused legal TV News outrage (something like OJ Simpson Trail). Clintons removed it from TV because bad Judges were over-ruled or had to admit they were wrong or morally corrupt.

"don't believe what you see on TV". TRUE! Nobody should expect a Catholic doctor to charge in a courtroom with a week of hard evidence to protect their innocence! Often will not happen! (more likely in 2024: democrat sleezballs spend millions in labs to insure a guilty verdict on lab work done the DEI way)

HOWEVER THE HIGHLIGHT THIS ARTICLE is Quincy show had gone out of their way and was rated by many as "corrctly depicting legal proceedings and also law", which no TV show had ever done. (a lawyer democrats hated was on the script writing)

PEOPLE BEGAN DEMANDING THE STYLE OF JUSTICE THEY SAW ON QUINCY - not meaning a superhero medical examiner - meaning that bad law would be over-ruled BY REASONING. Meaning that USA's Constitution would win in Court not "vastly favor the county prosecutor in most every case except against democrats".

THE CLINTONS WOULD NEVER HAVE REASON OUT-WEIGH POLICICAL CORRUPTS. THEY MADE DAMN SURE QUINCY WAS REMOVED FROM ALL TV STATIONS.

Harvard Law began it's DICTATOR/FACTIST ties (ie, ties back to UK) back in 1800's - WHEN THEY FIRED A JUDGE PROFESSOR for citing that Harvard was teaching against existing law which said: the Constitution is written on top of Englands laws and considered "incomplete" - that Englands OLDER LAWS (before writing of constitution) applied generally where no USA law had yet been written.

HARVARD BEGAN TEACHING FACIST POLITICAL REGIME LAW BACK IN THE 1800's - and follow the money - the worst scum can be tied back to it including foreign scum. They been a corrupt stain on USA law since then.

Meanwhile - it's not untrue that "all spaghetti westerns", ie John Wayne, depicted law in the west incorrectly. it's just that they didn't put effort to it or say that it did. Also other parts of "settling the West" were Parishes - religious areas of God where trials would be at the parish building (the only town building), while other areas might be by military law or like the captain of a ship law - just far away from civility but trying. Law in the USA isn't easy to depict during the settling of the USA they often didn't "have all the books".

the Character Quincy, during the series, was learning Law along with Science (his forte) because often the courts were ruling against science or convicting someone he believed was innocent (where he'd later use science to prove this). often the judge would "stand in the way", Quincy would get angry about jump over the seats at the judge, and in the end beat the judge down with reasoning and science that, really, no clinton judge would ever tolerate (they'd throw him, Quincy, in jail merely because he planned to prove DEMOCRATS wrong)

i'm unsure any of the episodes involved politicis (certianly fairness was politicial, but more like "convicting rich people who had good lawyers") - i don't rememer all the episodes. they were pretty clean it was a clean show.

There was friction, on TV NEWS in 80's 90's, between people who wanted Equity law and people who wanted Kangaroo courts that favored government workers and corruption. Quincy was mentioned in some earlier TV debates "as to correct legal behavior publicly acceptable".
