Have they created a monster?How fast are all of those flyover ramps going to ice up when it's 35 and raining.

The ramps won't freeze up at all if it's 35 and raining. Perhaps if it's 32 and sleeting. But then, I wouldn't have expected you to know that. It's science. And you're from "Loudon." Is that anywhere near Loudoun?
