What do you mean by "good" youtube channel? If you mean a channel that will potentially grow in the future I can give you several tips. First of all, decide what type of content you wanna post and develop. Then start by active videos releasing. If you see that your channel grows slowly, you can make collaborations with bigger channels or you can buy views https://popularitybazaar.com/youtube-views/. It will strongly help you with your first consistant audience.
