NBC 4 reported at end of its 11 pm news that Fairfax County Police are investigating an incident involving shots being fired.

Location at Lincoln Circle in the Tysons Corner area. It's across International Drive from the Rotunda.

The news report said that numerous police cars are in the area.

I did not find anything on the channel's website, WTOP's website, or anywhere I looked online.

I was reluctant to post this in the absence of further info or a more definitive report, but there it is.

You may want to avoid that area until more is known.

However, our court system should not have forced her to move to Missouri if she did not want to move just because her ex husband wanted her to move. He probably had a big influence on the judge due to his military background and was well polished in a courtroom. She did a horrible act but could have and should have been treated more fairly. I am also quite sure that her act was intended to be a murder suicide but didn't have the guts to kill herself also.
