At 9:30 a.m., it was reported to Animal Services that a person walking their dog in the area of Duke Street and Ingram Street found what appeared to be a piece of sausage with a fish hook hidden inside.

bet you a dollar theres either a karen who keeps complaining about barking dogs, or its a fisherman who decided its cheaper to fish for street trouts than to update their fish and game liscense just to have some entertainment.

since theres no shortage of karens my money is on someone local who hates dogs ruining their day.
