Fairfax County's Commonwealth Attorney Ray Morrogh is expected to announce this
afternoon that Jesse L. Mathew has been indicted on charges related to a 2005 sexual assault in the City of Fairfax, Morrogh's office says.
Police have said previously that they have evidence linking Matthew to the death and disappearance of Morgan Harrington, whose case is linked by DNA to the Fairfax case. Matthew is also charged with abduction with intent to defile in connection with the disappearance of Hannah Graham.
In the City of Fairfax case, the victim was abducted while walking home from a grocery story on Jermantown Road. The then 26-year-old woman was assaulted in the pool area of a townhouse complex, police have said.

This is so typical of the Commonwealth's Attorney--wait until he gets a case gift wrapped and then hold a press conference. This Bozo has never taken on a tough case--there are more than few people(including police officers) who have shot and killed FFX citizens and never been charged, much less indicted and tried.

Lets see where this all goes now that they found Hannah. We know about 2005 rape and attempted murder, the 2009 murder and rape of Morgan and Jesse's exploits at several universities. I expect the body count will end up being double digits on this sick bastards rape and murder spree. I am so glad he has not cooperated so he can be sent to meet his maker with a hopefully swift execution. Pay attention Governor!!
