This BS web-site has no legal effect whatsoever.
GEICO/Allstate/StateFarm/Etc. have no duty to scan the internet to find listed vehicles which are being used in contraventino with their insurance contracts.
Believe me, if any of those listed vehicles get involved in an accident involving personal injury/death of a "fare", nothing will prevent the insurance company from denying coverage.
I hope the Nats win tonight.

Those group ride companies are being targeted by police sting operations in other major cities for operating unlicensed cabs.

This week, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC), which regulates taxis and limousines in the Keystone State, concluded its month-long sting operation on Uber and Lyft drivers. The undercover operation resulted in the issuing of 23 criminal summary offenses, the first of their kind against those two companies.
The two quasi-taxi companies, which allow users to summon cars with the tap of a smartphone app, have come under increasing fire from cities and taxi regulatory bodies nationwide as the companies expand.

This website is illegal, please be careful, otherwise you can get in a real trouble. Once I wanted to apply to Uber as a taxi driver (via uber customer service phone number ), and it is not that easy to get a license, insurance, etc.
