Anyone remember the Artist's Proof in Tysons Corner?

This place used to be in Tysons 1, upstairs next to the old Woodies/Penney's. They sold old framed old photos - like old b&w pics of DC or northern Virginia. Some signed stuff too from celebrities as I recall. I used get the random gift there. Anyone know if any place like that is still around?

I acquired a framed photo that had a seal with the name, The Artists Proof. I wonder if the framed picture is worth money. Whom should I contact to find out if the picture is an actual picture or a proof? Thank you.
