Wonder what caused the accident. Probably on her cell phone. Just dumb people weeding themselves out.

I was flying back from Denver at 7:57pm. I was eating a danish and I looked out the window to see a car turn left, I saw the car hit the pole. The lady went bad ass flying in the air. Even though I couldn't help the lady I was an emotional wreck and sadden for days. The woman was so young and such a good friend. The best puerco rican ever.

I told the story to my neighbor and she broke down in tears with me. Her husband wasn't home so we just cuddled for a while before expressing our emotions with some first time incredible anal sex. We felt terrible for the lady.

The ignorance of some people, especially those who have chosen to make such insensitive comments and the person who created this thread amazes me. The woman who died in this accident was not a “dumb person on her phone weeding herself out”, was not a thug lover, she was not speeding and never drank alcohol; she died of a brain aneurysm. She was happily married, a wonderful mother and an amazing educator. I am more than positive that none of you had the honor of knowing her and it baffles me that you can speak of someone whom you never met. How dare you say such derogatory things, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I can only pray that you never suffer the loss of a loved one and should you ever face the heart wrenching circumstance of losing someone I hope that you do not come across ignorance such as the kind that has been displayed in this thread.

I can't believe that only after 48 hours of my friend passing that I come across such stupidy on the internet. I feel sorry for the people that have time to write such horrible things, and lack of self-control, about a person that really made a difference in this world. Go ahead and continue to hid behind words and screen names. I will never be able to understand how God can take away such beauty from this world and leave behind crap.

When I pass you have my permission to have at it. Any kind of joke you want to make is cool with me. What I dont want to hear when I look down from my cloud is what a great guy he was or what a terrible loss. Just throw a big party and cremate my remains.

A good friend of mine died this year after a bout with cancer. He left specfic instructions no funeral just cremate his remains and go on with your life. We had a big party in his honor anyway and everyone had a good time talking about what great times we had with him. No tear filled speeches just good friends having a good time.

Because heaven isn't a sewer that's why God doesn't want garbage like the OP in his kingdom. They are left here to rot, alone without any loved ones to carry on their legacy or remember them. I feel sorry for the young lady involved in the car crash and hope their family and friends find the strength to move on and cope with their loss.

What a disgrace. She'd have never wanted people saying such things about her. I have had the privelege of knowing them all. The dad is a quiet, peaceful, sweet man. Her son is brilliant, funny, and full of life. And she, herself, was spunky, energetic, full of life and happiness at every turn. To say such hurtful things about her is such a shame, especially when I was looking for memorial sites in her honor and came across such ludicris behavior. I hope those of you who wrote such hurtful things realize that you can't judge someone by the way they look by their facebook profile picture. Know a person before you judge them. KARMA

The sad thing is...these people are just saying things about her to build themselves up. Only people who feel so low about themselves would do this. Her personality glows from her pictures and her smile will live on in my mind forever. Well, got to remember, most of the deceased on here who are derided have some reason for derision (they were drunk when they got killed, they were driving at excessive speeds or trying to pass across a double line, etc.).

Need to clarify one or two little points for you, Sparky.

First: a written or printed malicious, false or defamatory statement about someone is "libel," not slander. Slander involves oral communication or statements.

Second: under the laws of most states (including Virginia),there is no law covering slander or libel for someone who is dead. The law applies to one's character when they are alive with VERY FEW exceptions. The exceptions revolve around someone who is famous and the heirs of the decedent have a pecuniary interest in the name and good character of the decedent. For example, if you said that Orville Reddenbacher was a child molester who owned slaves, you might make a case that the defamation of his character could significantly affect the interests of his heirs. That being said, I doubt highly that Casey Noriega's name is such that her heirs have a major windfall to gain...

That is the standard way these posts get started. Someone who knows and didn't like the deceased or the deceased's family posts the name and some basic information on the death. This is then indexed by Google and the loved ones find the thread and the flaming starts.

It's a morbid method to get revenge on someone and their family after a death.
