Is it really preventing spam?

I've been offered ketamine, guns, hookers, fake currency and even slaves every three minutes for days on the main forum. I feel like these posts are spam, but I did order some slaves yesterday and I'll let you know if they arrive. I hope I haven't been ripped off.

The spam is what funds the site. Clicking the links and buying the products generates revenue to pay for the hosting service, Cloudflare, and attorney fees.
