everyones greatest grandmother is a butt naked very dark skinned woman at the equator...transition towards the original and away frum the mutation...its a lifelong transition that will be continued by your children and their children...you don't have to completely stop eating the poor food choice, just start to make a transition away from it, so one day you will get to a point where you won't be able to put it in your mouth just like you aren't able to put your hand on a burning stove....

regardless if you live in polar climates or at the equator, the cleanest burning food for humans is fruits, berries, melons and medicinal herbs...green leafy vegetables are the 2nd cleanest burning...these foods go in and out, clean and easy, the body manufactures no mucin 2 and the like to aid in digestion, they promote healthy mucin 1 environments, and leave an alkaline ash behind including acidic fruit like lemons and limes! Bare in mind certain green leafy vegetables should be cooked or marinated/massaged before consumption to digest the most efficiently...

after that the 3rd cleanest burning food is stuff like
Acorn Squash (Baked)
Asparagus
Broccoli (Baked or Steamed)
Brussels Sprouts (Steamed)
Butternut Squash (Baked)
Carrots (Steamed)
Cauliflower (Steamed or Baked)
Green Peas (Steamed)
Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, or Orange)
Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, or Orange)
Pumpkins (Baked or Steamed)
Spaghetti Squash (Baked)
Sweet Potato (Baked)
Zucchini (Steamed or Baked)
Asparagus
Black Radish, with skin
Broccoli
Brussels Sprouts
Celery
Cucumbers
Dandelion
Dill
Endives
Green Onions
Horse Radish, with skin
Leeks
Onions
Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, or Orange)
Red Beets
Red Cabbage
Rhubarb
Sea Vegetables
Sprouts (Alfalfa, Brassica, Green-Leaf, Radish)
Sugar Beets

all the foods eye have mentioned thus far, in my opinion, one can consume all these foods and still be considered a "cleansing" diet, where none of the gel like mucin 2 is produced to aid in digestion and an alkline ash is left behind

after that we have the 4th cleanest which is salts and spices like...
Black Peppercorns
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Cream of Tarter
Curry Powder
Nutmeg
Paprika
Pepper
Salt (Celery, Crystal, Iodized, Sea)
Vanilla Extract

they aren't mucus forming but they are stimulants and potentially acid forming

after that we have the 5th cleanest, which is foods that when consumed cause the body to manufacture a slightly moderate amount of mucus to process it like..

Artichoke
Avocados
Cassava
Cauliflower (Raw)
Coconut Meat
Corn
Durian
Fungus (Mushrooms)
Green Peas
Olives
Parsnips
Peas (Raw)
Plantain
Plantains
Pumpkins
Raw or Baked White Potatoes
Raw Squashes (Winter, Acorn, Butternut, etc.)
Raw Sweet Potatoes
Rutabaga
Turnip
Unripe Banana

next we get into the moderately mucus forming foods...one of the problems is that people are addicted to the feeling of their body manufacturing mucus...the itis as they call it...the moderately mucus forming foods can be used as a transitional tool to be a better alternative when one wants to get "the itis"

moderately mucus forming foods is beans, nuts, seeds, cereals, bread, pasta, rice...avoid white rice, white potatoes, white bread as they constipate the intestines too much

as we continue towards the least cleanest burning foods , now we move into the pus forming foods...raw flesh frum the right animal, like a deer for instance, preferably that you killed yourself or the proper fresh water fish you caught and prepped is the cleanest burning of all the non-vegan foods

as we continue towards the least cleanest burning food we got animal milk, animal eggs frum an animal that has a good clean life provided by its caretaker..good quality animal milk, cheese and eggs...

the filthiest is bottom feeder fish, swine, hotdogs, dairy/eggs/cheese from abused, poisoned animals, fast food...in conclusion...you better off eating a dead animal than eating an impossible burger or something like that....

obviously....not everyone has access to ripe fruit on the planet...just breaking down the transition which involves learning to catch the itis responsibly

mucin 1 gets compromised...mucin 2 and pus flood the body, clogging the lympatic system which is the bodies sewer pipes....
