A law was made that employers must pay into a fund to give employees $2,000 if fired. At the 2 yr mark. (who knows maybe democrats made the law so they could abuse it - stupid law even if trying to protect people it endangers them instead)

First - employees were exposed to lawsuits instead of the filth that ran the companies. In the 1980's lawsuits were ... allot less frequent and allot more difficult (to win). During Clinton, a buncha democrat lawyers and CEO lawyers changed the world with bullshit like "this contract can be changed at any time by the corporation" (!!total anarchy!!)

EMPLOYEES BECAME STALKED. They'd cheat customers and if the customer sued the lawsuit would fall on the employee who the company had threatened, if they weren't cheating the customers, they'd be fired.

They'd merely trick the employee into a simple repeated/common error by tricking them, then arrest the employee. Replace them with an asian or spic. THEY DID IT BY THE HANDFUL - LONG LINES OF WHITE EMPLOYEES IN COURTHOUSES arrested out of their job.

In democrat areas - like fairfax - they did this.


CLINTON ERA BEGAN SOMETHING UN-PRECEDENTED. Firing new employees just before the 2 yr mark.

1) to avoid $2,000 payment to feds which backed the federal penalty for layoffs

2) to avoid RETIREMENT. (note people were still griping about Congress getting retirement pay for 4yr service only. still to this day!! 4yr retirement awful!!)

3) to allow hiring illegal aliens

4) it was in the news papers, early 1990's, that "corporations no longer had financial interest in keeping employees beyond the 2 yr mark"

before that - if you went to a store you'd see the same people year after year they were like family kinda. people were proud to have the same job their whole life. NOT FOR MY GENERATION. in my generation "there was a cut-off line"

but it didn't stop there. those who had jobs their who life began "persecuting" (in the news) those who had kept "changing jobs / couldn't hold a job". and the gov workers who'd doubled their pay were joining in - taking a crap on the DELETED GENERATION (my generation)

(other deletions: before no certification or schooling required for anything but doctor lawyer - after - every job in gov, teaching, and even area jobs it was required. but they hired illegal aliens totally untrained for jobs requiring the same - to cheat customers. they used gov positions to hand themselves certificates without really studying or working for them. THEY WERE DOUBLE DIPPING and if you include illegal aliens QUADRUPLE DIPPING)

Our generation was absolutely stalked - there were attempts of seizure, murder attempts, and gov workers spying for "reasons to take us down a notch".
