the rediculous thing is the woman went to a asian car dealer to get a "uber compatible car" on loan and worked to pay the loan and now that's not paid as well as all else
Why would she take a fare in a black neighborhood?
1) Threatened by law - HILLARY CLINTON LAWS
2) threatened by Uber - although they variously might have climed taking a fare is not required "at all times"
3) OBAMA EDUCATED - educated not to fear bad black neighborhoods. None of my teachers would EVER condone walking into a bad neighborhood un-protected and without a good reason for being there. Educated to fear Obama police more than a random attack.

You actually don't have to take requests in the ghetto. If you get 1 somewhere & they want to go to the ghetto, you have to take them. All you do is don't take anything once you drop off in the ghetto, assuming Deonndray doesn't kill you first. You get out of there & don't take anything until you're somewhere OK.
Sometimes, drivers see a female name & figure she's not going to do anything to them. Prob. is these women order the car, but it's baby daddy riding. You get there thinking it's OK then Tyrone comes out. That's why you just don't take anything in the ghetto. Even here, this thug's GF ordered the car.

Uber never used to allow anybody but the account holder to ride. Anybody else riding had to at least be in the group with the account holder. If only 1 person came out & it wasn't the account holder, the driver could leave & still get paid a cancel fee. Not any more.

The answer is cash, money, denaro.
It has been aviolation of Federal law since the 1960s for taxis and other ride sharing services to discriminate based on race. That rule applies to both direct and indirect forms of racial discrimination. That it might be a violation of Federal law as well as local ordinances probably played no role in the driver's decision. A person who deliberately seeks to acquire an Uber compatible car isn't providing rides to come up with a little extra money for weekend fun.
