Received an encouraging email in the last week or so from the regional office saying they are hiring a new manager and other community office changes. Have seen more common area repairs, such as the playground behind the office, done in recent weeks and months. Most communities have lived in locally over the years had issues including scattered bad apples for next door neighbors, but already seen evidence days ago of a good apple replacement here.

If you watching TV think otherwise, manufacturered factory built homes here since 1994 federal safety standards are better than earlier (can Internet search to confirm).  Ours survived the No, VA 2012 deracho with 80 mph straight lines winds with very little damage as did others nearby. A recent Lyft driver had thought favorably, many can hardly tell from a traditional house, with a variety here including cottage porches, decks, inside drywall, carports, and a few with garages, all mostly on one level.  Also have met more good people here willing to chat than in several No. VA neighborhoods where have lived in the past, and people from a variety of backgrounds are in this community.
