That you believe the mask does anything tangible is a sad statement on your intelligence, but we guess calling a coal burner dumb is unnecessary.

They will avoid official suspensions as much as possible, to a) to avoid bad statistics, and b) every suspension is a potential lawsuit.

Had the tables turned, they'd go out of their way to pad the numbers and count every absent student as a "covid-related absence that brought our school system on the brink of collapse"

220 have gone along with Youngkin's statement on masks being optional.

7 are fighting Youngkin to keep masks in schools mandatory.

I don't see how the mask mandate matters: the children who would normally fall behind in "in-person" learning are falling behind in "online learning" as well. Let's call it for what it is; South and East Asians regularly outperform whites on any given measure of academic preparedness. Whites routinely outperform blacks on measures of intellect.
