mosquito problem

I have a mosquito problem. My neighbors are semi-hoarders and leave a bunch of stuff around the yard which creates standing water. About 5 years ago I tried to get help from the county, called everywhere. Couldn't get anyone to help or return my calls. Finally, a HELPFUL young man came out, talked to the neighbors, convinced them to clean up & use mosquito dunks. Problem solved.
Now the problem is back. The county guy left his card with me but I can't find it. Anyone know who to call? Anyone have a county contact that returns calls?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I once had a neighbor who was a hoarder, and I needed help having getting to move things. Before I contacted the county, I went to lunch art Tippy’s Tacos. Big mistake. On the way to the courthouse, I lifted my leg to fart (or so I thought), and instead filled my shorts with putrid diarrhea. It absolutely reeked, and I had to drive with the windows down in winter, crying on the way home, both because it was humiliating and also my butthole burned. The cleanup was awful.

There are businesses that spray from big tanks on the back of trucks to take out mosquitos in neighborhoods. Look under "pest control services" for your neighborhood, and have them come by and blast the neighbors property from just over the property line. Be sure to do it while the neighbors are home.

The two issues are entirely separate from one another, ass wipe. We are not pulling resources away from local governments in order to get people out of Afghanistan (who probably should not have been there in August anyways), and I very much doubt the OP's neighbor has let his yard turn into a mosquito breeding ground because his attention has been diverted by the Afghan crisis. If the neighbor is maintaining a public nuisance then the OP has a legitimate right to complain.
