Man or woman at Logan's Roadhouse

Went to lunch last week at Logan's Roadhouse in Fair lakes area. A waiter or hmm waitress there puzzled me. Wearing jeans and tshirt hair back in a pony tail with a bow. Five o'clock shadow and boobs. Definitely sounded like a man but said Hun and acted more like a woman. Maybe he was in the middle of his trans gender change. Wonder if places have trouble hiring people like this. They seemed to be doing a good job but wondered if they put others off.
