i knew (the press) had gotten to juries before
it's extremely rare you have a Judge in a democrat area who both doesn't want the jury tainted AND catches them and the "other" media finds out

(usually the danger is tainting 1 juror to say not guilty by bribe. the danger in this case is not so much. yet MSNBC has 0 reason to follow the jury bus other than to do harm to the trial. absolutely 0. perhaps they are "tired of loosing" and want attention blamed on a reporter)
