This happens all the time. They are the WORST!!!

First line telephone support are super polite because they know that they are grin-fucking you. When they tell you that they have contacted the Ops Manager to pick up your trash the following day, they are lying to you.

When the second pickup is missed and you try escalate to any second level manager, they say that that manager is busy and that they'll have to call you back. This return call is unlikely to happen. It might take another call to get the second level manager to call you back.

When you do talk to any second level manager, they politely agree to contact billing and give you a credit.

When the credit comes through as 85 cents for a missing yard waste pickup and you want to complain, the agent says that there is no way for you to talk to the billing department. Billing is not an entry on the main call director menu and agents can't transfer calls to Billing.

After three or four 30-45 waits on hold to go through the above process, you finally give up in frustration.

Then two weeks later the process happens again. Return to step 1 - rinse and repeat

Help Please

Can people post some direct phone numbers for ADS employees here? If we start getting by their call center and complaining directly to their Fairfax management, maybe we can get some satisfaction.

ADS Work Phones preferred but cell phone numbers welcome as well!

Had AAA, they sucked, switched to American, Ok to start, then sucked too. Called AAA and they were 60% more knowing American was so bad. I actually think American has gotten better.

They're garbagemen you dumb shit. What the fuck are you going to do to them? Make them pick up garbage?

You should be happy they show up at all. Either shlep it to the dump yourself or shut the fuck up.

In the time you were waiting on the phone, you could do what I do all the time. Find a house a few neighborhoods over with a Biden or BLM or other libtard sign in the yard and dump all your trash there after dark.

ADS is a very profitable company. They must be doing something right. I have used them for years with no problems.

I had CS Waste because it was cheaper than the others. Occasionally their truck broke down and they came through in a rental truck. Check them out.

I have used ADS for years. Sometimes they don't shop up but then the get it the next day, no big deal. It is a great service for what I pay them.

There's plenty of options. My street is visited by several different garbage and recycling companies every single day. It's almost annoying actually.
