"Living the way you want begins with finding a great location to call home. At Olde Salem Village, you’re right on Route 7, just moments from Falls Church’s most vibrant areas. Close to Seven Corners, Bailey's Crossroads, Ballston and other places you want to be, your new apartment home here is also right on the Metrobus line, close to the East Falls Church Metro, I-66 and I-395 and within walking distance of shopping and dining. Start living the way you want to live. Put yourself in the right location."

In the article they don't address one key point. Does the lease reference A/C fees?

More significantly, does it reference having 6 illegal aliens per apartment?

Which btw also is... wait for it... illegal.

The illegal filthy spics get a free pass, they never had AC, back in the home country AC was the air blowing through the gaps in the sections of tin propped up against a few busted up doors found at the dump.

Can't you individually meter apartments and people pay for what they use? What is the problem with that?

^^^^^^So this means the landlord has to pay for their extra electricity usage, or the other residents have to via increased rents for all?

If people can't afford to live in this county, then why are they here? I don't understand.

I live near Lake Barcroft and go through that area to get to Rt 7, and always notice in the summer that all the windows are open in the complex, and not just in what I assume are the stairwells.

I also remember someone got busted there recently for running a restaurant out of their apartment (including selling booze), and also a murder there a couple of years back.

There are a couple of houses right next to the complex that are worth 650K, I assume because they get lake access.

Born here fam here for 3 generations. Came from wealthy family back in South America where life is more beautiful and non racist. So anyway I lived in apartments in high rise condos in Rosslyn and they were old, bug infested, and had no AC even though my apartment had a view of the monuments, pool, gym, grocery store and salon so it's not limited to illegal spics living in poor apartments all crammed into one space.

If anything, I see this happening more with Asians and indians.

The attorney is Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg. That alone is worth the price of admission. Thanks, OP.
