Due to increased persons being run over in crosswalks

DC insututing more "No left turns" and "INSTALLING SPEED BUMPS EVERYWEHRE IN DC" so the report says****

(*** we're sure they said that and gov funding from the Capitol - we'll see if any speed bumps appear - theat's my thinking)

confirming: they've completely given up on being speed-bump free like NYC is

when Levin Plante et al aren't on, WMAL is totally communist (the interludes) - they are an arm of WTOP who is, i can prove, a tokyo rose of foreign countries
