What's the deal with the signs from GMU to Lorton, over to Springfield, on the tan hound lost dog? It's been over a month, and she keeps putting them up!

It's been a 301 number, now a 703 number. What's the deal?

Lady driving as bluish crossover, updating the signs or hanging them again after they get pulled.

It's been over a month. What's the deal? Different numbers on signs. Is it a scam?

This is a scam that many Chinese Restaurants use to get free meat to serve with fried rice.

Looks like they have new signs, now with a FB page. Dog has been gone over 2 months. They keep putting up signs all over Burke/Fairfax/Fairfax Station/Lorton/Springfield. Are they going to remove them?
