Street panhandlers leaving trash everywhere

I don't know who is worse the street panhanders leaving huge piles of trash on the corner of Hummer Rd & Little River Turnpike when there is trash can 10 feet away OR the FOOLS who give these people MONEY to TRASH their own street corners.

I live in a nice western part of the county but I always save my trash and pitch it out the window at night in Annandale and other shithole areas. I thought that's what we were supposed to do?

Park signs say don't feed the animals because they won't feed themselves if you keep giving them food (plus, it could be dangerous).

Same goes for humans. Give them food, money, etc and they will always come back for more in exchange for their vote instead of becoming independent. It's called slavery. Welfare has enslaved whites and blacks. But even the black leaders are concerned how welfare has not only enslaved blacks, but also has destroyed the black family structure.

Stop feeding the animals (no racism/color implied).
