So, this data will be used to endeavor to demonstrate that Blacks are over-represented in arrests and citations as compared to their percentage of the population. If you ask me, the group that is truly over-represented is males vs. females. I think we need to start a Male Lives Matter protest!

City of Fairfax also published their Police 2019 & 2018 Annual Reports.

Figure out why there were 35 complaints generated internally while only 7 complaints generated externally.

People seem to be stuck on the low percentage of blacks that reside in Fairfax County, the truth is a lot of those use of forces include a lot of blacks that don’t live in the county. What do they want to do, make crimes legal until its balanced out at 50/50? This country would be a mess.

Fairfax City 2019 report says...

586 in-custody arrest were made in 2019.
56% (331 of the 586) of people arrested were impaired by drugs or alcohol.

About 50% of the 19000+ "White People" Arrested in Fairfax County in 2019 were Hispanic.

It’s a fact that most crime is committed by blacks. So what are the police supposed to do ignore a crime if committed by a black? No because equal justice prevails, committing a crime has consequences.

It should be the 1390 project that’s taught in schools. That would be the real truth where the 13 percent cause 90 percent of the crime. Oh also not critical race theory but criminal race theory, just calling it like is.
