(TALLAHASSEE, Fla.) -- It took paramedics 19 minutes to arrive at the home of a Florida State University professor shot in his garage after a neighbor called 911 -- with the dispatcher’s confusion contributing to the delay and one EMS unit replaced by another, authorities said.

Dan Markel, 41, was shot as he drove his car into his garage on July 18. The killer fired a single bullet through the driver’s window, striking him just beneath the jawline, sources told ABC News.

A neighbor called 911, noting that he happened upon Markel’s car because he’d been worried about a recent string of break-ins

(that's not really bad time, but unfortunate, like to get to hosp. or at least stabilized by advanced amb. in 30 min if poss - but that's expecting allot)

waiting for their prey - would it be fucking foreigners or niggers what are my odds if i bet ?

Were they driving from Fairfax?

That might explain it.

really i hate overpaid cocksucker gov workers - most people would be better off learnign their jobb free on the internet (hey - democrat teacher gets shot by democrats in waiting hmmmm)

that problem is not to be resolved by allowing trash to roam around hunting people like animals

is this the same town that warned their denizens to arm themselves or near it ?

==========================
my advice: for neighborhood patrol. do not allow anyone unfamiliar into neighborhood. post a "do not tresspass" on all entrances. shoot if they are in the neighboorhood for no reason having gone past first line of defense.

really. protect yourselves. they will take you out one by one given the chance.

better yet like andy griffith: steer trouble that don't belong there out of town before they cause real trouble

The SwapWord function gets passed a word, origWord, and checks to see if it contains any special characters; if it does, it just returns back the origWord passed.

If the word passed is only 1 character in length, it calls the SwapCharacters function and returns the result.

If the word passed has no special characters and has more than one character, it creates a new ArrayList, loops through every word in the loaded word list, and adds any words with the same length as the origWord to the ArrayList. If the ArrayList contains any words with the same length as the origWord, it picks out one of the words in the ArrayList at random and returns the new word after passing it through the CopyCase function.
