These days, in FCPS, do they teach when to use an apostrophe?

No. I bought some things there right when they first opened and I am trying to pinpoint exactly when they were purchased.

I'm quite sure the 90 day return policy has expired by now.

I believe the first Target was the one in Reston/Herndon. It's been there forever.

Even if this was a serious question, call them and ask for a manager and see if he or she will help you with your fifth grade school report.

It's okay with the original reciept regardless of what year it was purchased. As long as you keep pointing your finger in the clerk's face as you flagrantly flail about describing your grievance, you should get your way. Don't forget to get loud and use profanity.

I think it was 96 because I remember a ton of people were against it. There were signs and stuff starting in I think 1994 so not 100% but if I had to guess I'd say 1996.

In Virginia, the October openings are: Alexandria (across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C.), Burke, Manassas, Newport News (Greatland), Richmond (Greatland) and Virginia Beach.

No Kmart turned into a Walmart. There wasn't anything where the Target is now, just woods and a house. And an at grade crossing for the tracks.

As I recall Kmart opened about the same time Burke Center was built. And Burke Center celebrated their 25th anniversary Sept 2002, so that would be 32 years ago now.

I believe it was Hechinger that turned into Walmart (burke Centre)

That Target was the subject of a Virginia Supreme Court case

I believe it was originally a Bradley's before it became a Kmart.

Today must be lawyer's day at FU. In this case, Target knew about the plan to rebuild Roberts Road and the bridge before they built their store. Then after the road construction is done they sue the state and win > $3 MILLION at trial because the visibility of the store is not as good as it was before the road was improved.

Duh.
