fcps using Apex for credit recovery

does anyone know how much Apex cost? FCPS is using an online program called Apex. that helps students. I mean passes students who failed a class before hand. why are we paying for this class?

you can bet this bypass only applies (mostly) to fucking foreingers and bullova friends: not to denizens other families

i'd like to hear more about it

fx co has like HUNDRES of such gov driven programs now - that are born from insiders the rest of us are pawns in. as if a parliabmentary county not in the usa. no matter where you look ther's anothe rnon profit or agency number, a new "county initiative program" or study (polititical families only) going on. LIKELY THOUSANDS of programs popping up dissapearing (evidence they occured hard to find) since the 2000's
