We whites have decided to just open all of the liquor stores and TV shops and CVS's for the coloreds to peacefully take what they feel they are entitled to. Sort of 'reverse reparations' because none of then actually deserve it in any way

You will need to set up an appointment with DMV if you want to riot. Wait time for an appointment is 4 to 6 weeks.
