Best location to abandon car/truck for maximum impact on traffic flow?

I own a small 14 year old front wheel drive Japanese car, and I have been told that once the snow starts to fall, you must abandon your car.

I am considering blocking the exit off of I-66 west at Fairfax or Vienna.I have no drivers license, insurance, and my car has a rejection inspection sticker because of bald tires and bad brakes.

I will be abandoning my 3-series in a travel lane of Little River Turnpike, west of the beltway but before Fairfax City. If you could cover Rt. 50 or Lee Hwy, that would be great.

Years ago during a big snowstorm I abandoned a zipcar in the left turn lane on 123 at Nutley. I got a room at the Wolftrap and got a 12 pack of beer and some microwave food from the Shell station. I sat in my room in comfort and watched the traffic come to a standstill. I also smoked some weed and watched HBO.
I ended up staying a second night and one of the hot Asian maids jerked me off for 40 dollars.

I left my ragged out black BMW in the middle of the outer loop just now. You can't be too careful and risk getting too close to the blizzard. You'll know it's mine because as you drive by you will smell the drakkar.
