This survey will be open to responses through January 30, 2021.

POLIHIRE has been retained by Fairfax County to lead the search for the next Chief of Police. We are seeking input from the community to assist with the recruitment of the next Chief. Your responses to this survey will help identify key characteristics, skills, traits and issues to consider. We welcome and encourage your responses to the questions.

Fairfax County is accepting feedback until January 31, 2021.
