Fairfax County Police are investigating the assault of a woman in the Fairfax area on Thursday, July 17, at approximately 7 p.m. A woman reported that while she was jogging on a path, a man on a bicycle assaulted her. This incident occurred along a path that travels between residential neighborhoods in the 12900 block of Point Pleasant Drive.
The suspect is described as a possible Hispanic or White male, in his 20s. He was approximately 5 feet 9 inches feet tall, with an average build. The suspect was described as being clean shaven. The suspect was also observed riding on a bicycle wearing a neon yellow shirt.
