Stream2Watch has always worked well for NBA, MLB, and NFL. Not sure if they do girly sports like hockey, though. Streams come out of the UK but quality is fine.

You can stream it at any pub or cafe in the US and I do not understand what is the problem just search it on google and ask it on the forum as it is kinda weird. Actually I do not really understand what do you mean. Do you mean stream like having access from wifi in order to have access and stream to you mean a website where you can watch it live? You can ask a professional IT company https://www.generationix.com/los-angeles-managed-it-services/ to build an app for you where you can stream any live events if I understood you correctly. Anyway wish you good luck and sorry if I misunderstood you.
