Why does Fairfax start the leaf collection later and later every year?

I don't need my leaves picked up in Febuary of 2021, I need them picked up now. They used to have a decent schedule now it's so late it does not make any sense.

Rake them to the curb and pile them in the gutter. And be sure to put a few cinderblocks underneath the pile.

I just throw the leaves over the fence into the neighbors yard. Gives me more time to bang his hot wife while he's out there sweating his ass off and bitching how many leaves there are...
