Don't get scammed by Joe Morgan or Jesse Morgan or any other Morgan working for Morgan Paving. They're straight up scammers and Joe has spent time in jail for fraud. They do shoddy work, don't come back to fix it, and sometimes just take your money and run. Virginia has pulled his contractor's license, but he's still out there scamming away.

Work with a big company that has been in business for years and that will actually do the job right.
