It will happen here.

Once in a while when they really want to shut it down, they bring in more cops from the back and sides and block them in. Then they remove them one or two at a time, cuff them and put them in the transport units and process them.

All their info is recorded and added to the database, they get charged and then go to a holding cell where Luke sucks them off one by one until they have a bail hearing.
