Cardinal Forest neighborhood - clean? white?

Is Cardinal Forest still majority white? Is there a lot of non-white trash in those apartments though? The housing stock is nice. It seems to be mostly military/aging boomers on the townhome side?

Seems like a nice place, apart from bodies of dead transvestites mysteriously turning up on the sidewalk.

Lived off Surrey Hill from 1996-2005.
A. “Tivoli” condos, near cardinal forest elem is a SHITHOLE.
Always been. Seen a movie where someone pulls into a parking lot to light a glass pipe? Yep, that’s Tivoli.
Don’t know if it’s still run by an illegal named CINDY/CYNTHIA but it’s like a transfer station for the dregs of Fairfax County.
I’ve had a real estate agent tell me not to buy any condos there for investment properties.
B. Tom Mazzei runs everything else besides Tivoli on the North side of Forester.
All those condos. That’s the “real” Cardinal Forest.
C. South side of Forester: very nice but the covenants are super strict. Want to build a small shed in your backyard? There’s a process.
Total opposite of Tivoli.
D. Best SFH? Off Carrleigh PAST THE ENTRANCE TO LAKE ACCOTINK park.....just like I mentioned in “A” high school kids/cheap dates park and go into the park to do who knows whut-drugs/drink/fuck.
Lastly, the Best Buy’s are the houses waaaayyyyyy in there off Carrleigh.

I'm still waiting to get my Go-Go boots and black cocktail dress back! Why does the tranny's family refuse to give them back! They're so yesterday that I can't even wear them anymore, but they're MINE! GIVE THEM BACK!
