OP doesnt understand the idea of temporary. You can't murder the children, so the question is how the fuck do you process 20,000 people without housing them temporarily? This all comes out of the 2008 bill Bushy signed which requires that each child have a court hearing due to sex trafficking in other countries by the way, but continue to blame everything wrong in the world on Obama. You don't understand that the vast majority will qualify for some form of asylum or refugee status and will not be deported. Ever.
