On TV they are charging the cop Garret Rolfe who shot Rayshard Brooks with murder after giving his partner immunity as a states witness
I saw a very violent Mr. Brooks resisting arrest wrestling with two officers who could not control him physically , then Mr. Brooks grabbing a yellow tazer gun from an officer , getting away from the officers then running away with both officers in lawful pursuit on foot as Mr. Brooks pointed the tazer at the officers as he ran threatening their lives when one officer with his gun in his hand fired a shot that dropped Brooks that resulted in his death
The tazer in question is a weapon that only police departments can buy, it must be issued to only officers who are trained in its use, as it can be a deadly weapon if misused. Mr. Brooks who was not trained in its use , he could have used it to kill or maim the officers in their lawful act of arresting Brooks now for assault on a officer while resisting arrest and then attempted murder of police officers for pointing the weapon at the officers in foot pursuit both felonies in Georgia
My verdict : The officers are not guilty of any crimes

I think that the perspective is wrong. After all if the guy had been driving drunk/high and made it to the Wendy's parking lot he must be good at it. After all he did not run over any pedestrians or hit any cars so he must be a nice guy.
