White man arrested for the rape of several ponies at Carousel Park and Equestrian Center

NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. - New Castle County police say they have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting ponies at the Carousel Park and Equestrian Center.

According to police, on multiple occasions Carousel Park staff reported arriving at work to find New Castle County lesson ponies with cords tied around their legs just above the hoof.
