I can't believe the cop was arrested. The first cop was farting around trying to de-escalate the situation with no results. His approach didn't work so it's better to just taze the junkie and get him off the street. I don't want some crazy guy wandering up and down my street. It's only a matter of time before he attacks somebody. The police chief should be fired.

Thank God there was a policeman there. It was some drug crazed felon stumbling in the middle of the street through some quiet neighborhood. That guy could have harmed anyone that happened by and the thug wouldn't even know it since he was so out of it. PCP and thugs make a bad combination. The cop that finally took him down deserves a medal and a raise. Defund the police chief,he is just a political hack that won't stand up for his own guys.
