Observations around town with the mask mandate in place

I went to eight indoor businesses around the beltway area today, not wearing a mask. I had legit errands to run, but I wanted to see how people are reacting to the new order from our Grand Wizard.
Absolutely nothing has changed from earlier in the week.
Four of the eight businesses had one or more employees not wearing masks, the others were 100% (employee) masked up from what I saw. Among customers, anywhere from 10% - 30% had no mask at all. Another 10-20% had a mask that was either around their neck or chin and they had kinda bailed on the whole effort or were just phoning it in generally.
Three places had some kind of sign indicating there was a mask order. Two of those were handwritten and one of them had mostly fallen off the door and was illegible.
No employee or other customer ever said shit to me anywhere about a mask. At five of the stores, I had to get employees to help me locate something or look something up - plenty of close interaction. I was ready to deploy the "I have a medical condition" line and cite the order section and verse - not necessary.
Business as usual out there. Carry on brave people of FFU.
