Places to run

Can anyone recommend any good places to run? Places with not a lot of car fumes or busy streets to cross. My current fave is by the Government center. I am trying to be able to fit into those cute Gap miniskirts by August and I need to lose a few lbs. Running always does the trick! Thanks!

try the new cross-county trail. Starts in great falls south of reston, and ends at the occuquan near 123
