Dear white lady:
You decided to shop at Hmart for the first time. Let me help you a bit, is an ASIAN store, so YES most of their products are from Korea, some from China, Japan etc etc With that’s said the letters on their labels are on theirs languages NOT English. So if you can’t read their language DO NOT be rude about it.
Demanding to the cashier to “ get a spicy a sauce, as I CANT even read the labels as is not in English” on a rude voice is NOT really nice thing to said!!! So how about you go shop at other grocery stores that they speak English as you stated. And let the Hmart for those who enjoy shopping there and respect their culture. My partner is Korean and you insult her, our friends and the nice cashier who by the way, is always super nice when I have a question about a product and ask nicely!!!’

Instead of anyone calling out the poster for saying "Dear White Lady" (because I just get the feeling if the woman was black, hispanic, middle eastern, etc and the poster said "Dear (fill in the blank)" that would not have gone well, everyone apologized to the poster for this woman's behavior - without even knowing if the story was true.
