Child Crushed to death at Fairfax County Public School SACC Program

Few years ago a 9 year old boy was crushed to death while attending the after school childcare program (aka FCPS SACC) at Franconia Elementary School.

Virginia Passed Wesley Charles Lipicky Act.

Parents recently settled with FCPS for $2,000,000 and they have a pending lawsuit against the company that made the motorized partition that crushed the boy.
