If you did not need the money why would you take the job? Definitely not for professional satisfaction. Solving what aisles MVHS would require empowering the principal to kick some asses. Mostly kids and parents, but a few teachers would get it too. It would mean going against what many MVHS parents and many at Gatehouse want.
