Why does FCPD allow the homeless to live in tents on public property?
The area on Gallows next to the new Inova cancer center is littered with
trash as well as feces and urine. I wouldn't doubt there are needles there as well.
I thought Fairfax County was cracking down on beggars as well. The Fairfax
Board of Supervisors is letting the county go to hell.

There are homeless who spend the night in well-lit bus shelters.

They sleep sitting up with a blanket over their head.

How can this shit go on?? Not to mention the panhandling assholes.
